If you are considering bringing your pet here, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. To start, the desk staff is horribly rude. I called and asked to speak with someone regarding a recent emergency visit I'd had there. The person that answered the phone still wasn't comprehending what I was asking for after repeating myself 5 different times. Aerowood Animal Hospital is a wonderful animal hospital. They are so kind, caring, and thoughtful. We have only had positive experiences with them. I am very grateful for the way their staff cares for our dear pets.
Tonight I called and they got us in right away. All the staff I talked to including the Dr were very nice and explained everything very well. As much as I hated leaving my baby there getting surgery, I felt comfortable he is in good hands.
Thank you Dr Kamper for taking care of Molly my tripod greyhound. She went so fast there wasn’t anything you could do. I saw the pain on your face when we put Molly to sleep. Thank you all for your compassion.
Oh my goodness... Dr. Mike is the best! He saved my Lucy this past weekend. It was my first visit to this client and my dog was on the verge of death. Dr. Mike was supposed to be off at 6:00PM and he stayed the whole night saving Lucy by operating on her to take out a huge tumor. My regular doctor sent me to an emergency clinic in Lynnwood and it was terrible. I'm switching Vet's to Aerowood! Love this place... 20 Stars!!!
Incompetent ! Front desk staff is terrific but Dr. Freemen is a money hungry vet and incompetent. We had our dog there for four days after test after test they couldn’t find anything but they sure billed outrageously. The bill was large and I offered to pay some of it pay rest the next day. It was an emergency as we had to take dog to speciality clinic in Lynwood. He came out and got in my face and said when I pay is when he would release records to that clinic. I have had several pets taken care of by Dr Nogle. He is cost conscious while providing thorough and excellent care! Dr noble explains things clearly and takes time needed to give the best care. Even though I live a little farther now, it is worth the drive!
