Very poor Customer service. The receptionist Mariana is overwhelmed and you can sense her frustration over the phone. They take appointments and cannot complete them. Then she gets mad if you ask her to consider your circumstances. She does not know me but got upset and said I had an attitude when i requested to speak to someone else. They text me to confirm for my appointment and then less than 30mins later they canceled my appointment via text. I waited a week for an appointment.
