I hired Paul to winterize the swamp cooler but he left the water running and there was a solid stream of water draining out of the cooler. When I asked he said he turned the water off I asked him to come back out because clearly something was wrong. He came back to the house while I was at work and was getting into his truck as I pulled in the driveway.
