they dont listen to you and take money from your must have debit card when they shouldnt and leave you with no money to cover food .
Excellent service by technician RAY MITCHEL updating and setting up oxygen concentrator. Mr. MITCHEL was knowledgeable during the delivery process I am a retired investigative and consumer reporter. During 39 years on the job, I reported on many companies that provided poor service of live-saving products or equipment. I’m writing a review from my experience of using aero care in Texas , after discharge from hospital in east Texas the o2 care was great, then I traveled home to Dallas area & it’s been a struggle to try to get a POC unit .. I go back to calling Tonya in the East Texas Sulphur Springs ofc. They are kind & willing to help you solve your issues , aero care should take lessons on how helpful & efficient they are in this ofc.
