The equipment they furnished my wife was used (ok no big deal) the crap didn't work now we are on the 4th machine , it works but the wrong charger so its no good to her. This equipment is for oxygen that she has to have and when she calls the lady who answers has an attitude like its our fault. This is BS we are ready to go back to our old company that had better customer service and equipment that works. I have no Idea how they stay in business.

call center impossible to get answers from. They keep transferring you and then calls drop. still trying to get the right supplies after the wrong ones sent.

I've begged these people for MONTHS to please stop calling me. Talked to supervisors, numerous call agents who all claim they are taking my number off their call list. Nine calls in the last 3 days, including most recent at 7 am Sunday. Told them I will contact them when I need supplies. They call me during work hours, any time. I have blocked their numbers but they still get through. Just erased 7 messages. Why can't they stop? I am being harassed.

I have given yo company a (1) One Stare Rating, only because your outside contacted Telephone Answering service is less than desirable. On several Occasions I have Telephoned your office, only to have some one my Name and number and I never received a Callback. Less than acceptable, and Unprofessional I Normally do business with the Kissimmee, FL Office

I used to be able to call the local Aerocare office and get a human, now I have to leave a message and hope (fingers crossed) for a callback within 24 hours. I tried pressing the button to reorder supplies, and it disconnected me twice. I can only assume that the company, AdaptecHoldings, that acquired Aerocare has profit not people as it's primary goal. Sad....
