At first when we moved in here a few years ago these apartments were very quiet and peaceful. I loved being home and having company over. Unfortunately as of last year this place has definitely made a 180 turn, it feels like I live at a mechanic shop, if you drive almost at any time of the day you will always see a group of people towards the back with about 2-3 cars lined up, hoods up & all types of tools. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was never informed of my application being denied until I personally reached out to the property and they took $315 from me ($65 application fee + $250 deposit), assured me I would be refunded, and then failed to return my money within a reasonable time. When I disputed the charge with my bank, management at this property lied and claimed the entire $315 was just a “non-refundable application fee.” That is completely untrue — part of that money was a security deposit, which b... read more
Very helpful.. patience... friendly staff and maintenance team... fast response... follow all apartment rules, they dont cut corners... very trustworthy. . Would recommend to anybody of any race... all are welcome here
These people are the worst. They didn't approve me for $900 but I got approved elsewhere for $1300. They also cost me an extra $850, through the 3rd party company they partner with but have no idea existed, ontop of the application fees. Val finally called so she was a little more useful than Hector They discarded my application after I invested over $900 into it with all the fees. What a joke. Who hires these people ?
Do not recommend moving here they will take your money then act clueless on what’s going on and they are liars lady at front told me I’ll be only charged application fee but charged me the deposit to !! When I haven’t even moved in or got approved yet and now have to go through corporate just to try and get my money back ! Quick as they took my money yall need to refund me it back that quick POOR COMMUNITY THAT WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY
