I would not recommend Aero Plumbing – I only used them as they had made repairs on my home through the previous owners. The woman that scheduled my service made me aware that if my leak was coming from a previous repair, I would not be charged. After the technicians observed the issue, they went to begin work without authorizing it with me. I asked, “will this be a costly repair?” to which he responded “no, it would be $485 but I am not going to charge you.” After the work was completed, he wrote me a $245 bill. Max Massengill was very efficient in fixing all our requests. new garbage disposal, toilet guts replaced, noisy water pipe secured and silenced, outside leaky hose socket replaced, on demand hot water heater flushed & serviced & cleaned and now heating to hotter temperature, fixed sink plunger. I highly recommend him. I would like to see the company find a good reliable apprentice for him as Max's dedication and skill is hard to find and he can use some help !
Aero Plumbing is the best plumbing service in Columbia. I live in Florida and have a rental property in South Carolina they have been serving for me at least 15 years. They always arrive on time and get the work done quickly.

Hats off to Aero Plumbing Services for coming to our rescue! We had a tiny leak in the line going to the refrigerator in our garage apartment discovered as we were having the floors sanded. Problem: we had to torn off the water to ensure the floors would dry to be sanded...and that also turns off the water to OUR house! No one I called could get here before tomorrow at 8:00 am.
