I was so looking forward to having Aero Mobility be the place we get our accessible van serviced at after they came highly recommended but after our experience with Veronica we will go elsewhere. She is so rude and very disrespectful. We tried to schedule an appointment through her but she wouldn't answer our actual questions, she kept calling us by other names even though she had our correct name right in front of her and we kept reminding her because we wanted our appointment to have correct name plus its professional. We can’t say enough good things about Aero Mobility. Craig is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Every person there, from mechanics to the owner, has had a part in our wonderful experiences.
David at Aero Mobility is amazing! He has so much experience and knowledge on adaptive vehicles. Aero Mobility is my go to when I am having problems with my vehicle. They have helped me with minor maintenance up to major repairs on my van. I would highly recommend!
