The connection here is Aero and Desert Medical. Aero is dropping the ball in passing faxes on to Desert, per Jennifer at Desert Med. Been waiting on Edgar to fix DME Since 9/24/25. Jennifer was faxed the needed info but has not acted on the Dr.’s order. Their excuse, they say the info was not faxed. All faxes are getting lost at the Corp Office Aero Mobility in Anaheim.
