Our Family is so very happy with Aero Mobility in Anaheim We live about 24 miles away from their Facility & Showroom. Their lot is clean & gorgeous. Every Vehicle we looked at was perfectly maintained. They have a beautiful display & selection of many New & Used Handicap Vans & SUV's. I had contacted Dale on the phone prior to going out there. What wonderful service. I had an emergency on a Saturday and they graciously worked me in. Both the service person and the manager came out to speak with me. They were more than generous with their knowledge in time, and I will use them now from now on.
Do not rent to own with them. They fail to get auth from insurance on some months and then make their customers take responsibility for their irresponsibility without telling the patient.
David and Aero Mobility are truly exceptional! Despite purchasing our car from United Access (a decision we deeply regret and DO NOT recommend), David has gone above and beyond to assist us with every issue, question, or repair. His dedication, professionalism, and care are unmatched. We wish we had bought our car from Aero Mobility instead. If you’re looking for outstanding service and a trustworthy team, David and Aero Mobility are the way to go!
Amazing!!! We broke the new seat in the truck and David brought someone out at 5pm to fix it so George could at least get back to his wheelchair. Can say enough great things. Friendly, fast and quality!!!
