We are a 9-unit townhouse complex, and contracted with Aero to clean all individual clothes dryer vent infrastructure. Excellent service. Douglas was quiet, effective, efficient and just all-around perfect. Especially noting in one instance, he went above and beyond to rectify a faulty, damaged venting pipe. Thanks. Update February 10th, 2026. Today we had Max and Andre for our annual duct cleaning. They were a great team, efficient and got the job done. 5 star rating stands!

Aaron came out to do a chimney sweep and general visual inspection on the chimney. They did a great job and was able to discuss the state and health of my chimney with helpful knowledge and experience. From the admin side of things, their booking and scheduling was very clear and helpful, letting me know that the technicians would be a little late, and quite apologetic about it.
