Great Job Ron called to let us know what time he was coming and arrived exactly on time. He was so helpful, friendly, and professional. Our tank had been turned off and no one had notified us. We thought our water tank was not working, but then I realized we had no propane coming into the house. I was extremely upset about this whole terrible experience with the company. Job well done The technician was friendly and professional. He patiently addressed all my concerns, checking each one thoroughly. He explained in terms I can understand how some of the parts of the system are supposed to work and the reasons that could cause them to not work properly. I appreciated the time he took to educate me about the boiler and AC unit. He cleaned the units and made the necessary adjustments. Everything appears to be working as expected now.
