I was not informed of being put on an autopay set up. When I was setting up my oxygen concentrator I was asked for my credit card number. I asked what is was for and was told it was in case anything happened to the machine while at my house. When I received the first bill it had stamped across it that I was enrolled in auto pay and they would deduct from my account on a specific date.
