Had an a/c unit in the attic and the overflow quit. Water went through two ceilings and a floor. Aeret Restoration removed flooring, drywall, etc. then put the house back together. We worked with Zach who handled things amazingly and had a top notch team for everything. The house and new flooring are amazing with extreme attention to detail. Most importantly. My wife had a fear of coming home to a mess, but she never had to worry as the house was beyond clean! Floors, windows, etc. I’d give this team ten stars if I could!
We unfortunately had a pipe break and water damage to our whole first floor. Aeret responded and was on site within 2 hours of the call on a Sunday to assess the situation and begin their mitigation process. They were very professional and responsive to say the least. The communication from Kenny and the entire staff at Aeret was excellent as well, which made a horrible experience a bit more bearable. I’d highly recommend them!
