I stopped by with a list of furnace items that I needed prices for to order. The lady in the office could not give any price information. So she copied my list and took my name and number stating the tech was leaving Alex and would be there in about 10-15 minutes. Well 5 days later and still no reply follow up from either person. I called repairclinic.com and they placed my $300 order and shipped everything next day.
Anthony came on time and did a great job servicing our furnace. Was very personable, clean and thorough. Explained what was wrong and how the system with the problem worked and how he fixed it. He worked at a fast pace but took time to explain everything. I highly recommend his work.
