Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The service felt slower than expected, and I didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming. Within three days, the dip polish began chipping. I reached out a few times to schedule a repair but didn’t receive a response. Given that this was the most expensive manicure I’ve had, I was disappointed with the overall experience.
Hit or miss. Technicians are pleasant and curteous. My only beef with this business is that they charge you a 3% service fee when using your credit card but don’t give you a discount if you pay by cash.
The staff is always friendly and effective, they take their time to do the polish and my nails always come out looking amazing. I found this nail bar because I was tired of the aggressive Dremel filing of my natural nails through gel or Dip nail powder. While they still Dremel the polish (for dip, they have a different removal process for gel) they don't actually get all the way to the nail. My nails have never been happier or longer! I have gotten pedicures and dip, dip/gel combo and regular manicures here.
The nail services are good, but the experience is consistently undermined by the woman at the front desk. She is unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily difficult, and makes no effort to accommodate clients. I come here every two weeks only because the salon is 30 seconds from my house.
