Such a pain to deal with!
Terrible company! DO NOT DO AVERAGE BILLING!!!! They will give you the shaft when you disconnect and give you ZERO reason to where the bill came from. After 30 days they send it to Eastern Account Services in Connecticut to take care of the debt. After it hits EAS, PSO will not speak with you on the matter then EAS will tell you they cannot get any additional information and it’s on you to contact PSO. Dog and pony show and I’m sure they are padding pockets
Moved into our new home and then for some reason our account wasn’t pulling money, then I’m on hold for almost 2 hours with no answer. Called back the next morning without any answer again! Get a call back service. People don’t have hours to wait on hold.
