Is the dude that reminded me of Calvin Jenkins with the Tulsa Day Center and Hudson Villas and The Patriot Golf course still running the call center here? There appears to be a line that arcs sometimes around the 209th St exit in the Sand Springs area. I don't know who the lines belong to. I have attached pictures from a previous night but it is doing it again tonight. I'm attaching a picture of the area in the daylight. It calmed down a bit after the neighbor left a little earlier.
