My first full set with them took 3 hrs, my first fill was horrible bumpy lumpy, I complained they gave me someone else 2 hrs fir a fill. Nail broke of within 3 days they charged fir repair. Gave theme one more chance with a scheduled appt I waited 45 minutes before I hit up and left. Very un organized and very slow.
Hospitality and ambience were excellent. The stylist was friendly but needs training on basic pedicure, as she did not file my nails, they looked crooked and were different nail lengths. I will definitely return but may ask for another stylist or supervise her work while I’m there.
I’ve been coming to Aeon Nails since I moved to Bakersfield 2 years ago. I’ve had great success just walking right in and getting sat almost instantly. The staff is very friendly and they all do an excellent job on my pedicures and manicures.
My pedicure tech was detailed, took his time, provided relaxing foot massage, & cleaned inside of my sandals before putting my feet in. Gentle & kind. Absolutely recommend!!
