RecommendedMy kayak club (Bay Area Sea Kayakers) has had an annual Christmas party there for several years, and I really like the energy, ambience, the history (1906 ? Outstanding !).... If I had a boat larger than my sea kayak, I would want to join the AYC, distance from my castle notwithstanding.

we have only been guests however I've been to at least a dozen different functions at all different times of the year and it is an awesome organization to be a part of. We can still wish that we had a yacht to park there

The members treated us, visitors from the Berkeley Yacht Club like royalty.

The people there are so so friendly. I have been a visiting guest for a minute now and they truly know what having a good time with good people is really about.
