They are so cooperative until they get your money. After that, they won't return your calls. Told me they accepted my insurance so I could get my son admitted, but they just needed $3500 until they could confirm coverage the next morning, which they said "wasn't going to be a problem" and my card would be reimbursed after they "took care of the insurance glitch." Now say insurance doesn't cover, and the $3500 I paid will only keep my son there for seven days!! SEVEN DAYS!!! They DO NOT care about you here, go somewhere else.... read more

My son was in the program and did very well. He liked recovery works, the staff, the facility and the program. We have nothing but good things to say about it. When he completed his program of detox, he went on to a long term treatment center and continues to do well
