It’s the best clinic in Bakersfield clean no drugs or bums hanging around I love it there
Best Clinic I’ve ever attended! Extremely clean facility and very caring staff. Previous clinics have made it hard to maintain sobriety with people actively using and selling outside, but this Clinic is so professional and clean. They don’t allow that and do everything they make their patients feel safe, valued, and healthy! A special thanks to the two ladies at the front desk, as well as the dosing counter lady; their attitudes , friendliness and professionalism highlight the Clinic is a whole
I have tried the other Aegis locations & quit going due to how long the wait was & how insensitive and unsympathetic the staff was especially at the Columbus location. The Aegis on Truxtun is fast very discrete clean. The staff is so nice, welcoming, sympathetic & very understanding to the patients needs. I felt welcome & heard when I voiced some concerns I had. The doctor is very nice & treats you like a human being & not less than.
I was initially nervous and apprehensive about starting treatment, as I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, scheduling an appointment was seamless, and I was admitted the following morning. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional, immediately putting me at ease. It's unfair that I have only 15 minutes to wait in the waiting room when everyone else can stay in the waiting room I feel like they pick their favorites other than that I love my counselor Rhonda she's the best and so is Laura they listen to my problems that I have all the time and I'm comfortable with that that there's someone I can talk to but it's so cold outside I have a low immune system it should be that I should be allowed to be inside when the peer support group starts
