The Sunrise clinic has been my best experience with a dentist EVER! Dr. Kahlon goes out of her way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and updates you through the entire process. They have the best Dental Assistant, Alicia Barry, that any clinic has. She is competent and has great "chair-side" manor. Always concerned about not wasting my time and makes sure all my questions get answered.
I've been coming to Sunrise Dental in Bellevue for 4-5 years now. At first it was for my braces but now for regular dental work and cleaning. I love the service, environment and the staff here! Everyone is very nice and professional.
Everyone here does anything possible to put you at ease from the moment you make the appointment. The girls at the front desk calling to confirm appointments and greeting you with smiles upon arrival goes a long way towards making a typically unpleasant necessity easy. All of the dental hygienists are friendly, informative, and best of all, quick! I appreciate all that you guys do!
I received an excellent and professional care from Dr. Choi and his team. Everyone from Front Desk to Dental Assistants were friendly, caring and professional.
As always, greeting desk is very friendly. The technician was very professional and explained what was the next step. Dr. Kwon as professional as ever. Appointment was on time and we were out and with clean teeth in 435 minutes.
My Customer service and Treatment at Sunrise have been excellent, from the time I first went, including the emergency visit I had when Injured.
My visit was great! They provided headphones to block out the drilling noises and made me feel at peace despite how nervous I was.
Excellent service as always!
