My first impression was how friendly and helpful the front office is, the rest of the staff was equally friendly and very professional. I have special needs and everyone was very patient and attentive to my needs. I am very happy I came here and will continue to come for my dental care. Keep up the good work, Thank you.
As always I have a crazy schedule. As always I was quickly and easily helped to meet my schedule. As always I was seen in a timely (few min early) fashion. As always I was treated in a very positive and professional manner. As always I was totally satisfied with my visit and as always would recommend this service to anyone. The staff at South San Francisco Dental care is amazing! Dr. Al is incredibly patient and has such a warm personality, which put me at ease. They explain everything in detail and make sure you're satisfied with any treatment they provide. The office overall is super modern and updated. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Every single member of the staff were very friendly and courteous, either by phone or in person. The office/clinic is big, clean, has everything (including a great view) and has pretty much everything. My dentist and her assistant were very nice and professional. They explained everything to me in layman's terms and described everything in detail and asked me for my preferences.
Dr Al made miracles with my teeth so thankful for that and the service provided by Elizabeth was above and beyond, she really provides an outstanding customer service.
I think it was Ok , I was a few minutes early for my appointment , but I still have to wait 30 minutes for the X ray person , I was in your office for a cleaning and I spend 2 hours in your office, for me that is too long . I was thinking if I make an appoinment it shoulb be faster maybe 45 minutes ,I. went to your office after work so I'm glad I didn't have to go back to work.
