Compared with my previous dentist, this dentistry office is modern, and especially trustworthy (my last dentist was gold-mining). They never will push you for unnecessary procedures. It's good to see the dentist is doing the cleaning myself. The only thing I miss is the consistency of having the same hygienist. You get a different one every time. Their x-ray equipment is modern (digital) so this means lower radiation. Overall pretty happy with this Dentist.
I went to the Kent office on an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. I had hoped to be able to save the tooth but due to prior event, the tooth had to be pulled. The staff was so kind and informational, the explained every step and ensured I was comfortable through out the entire process. They even gave me a blanket to keep me warm and comfortable. I have always had the best service form the front desk, to the seat where I get my teeth cleaned. Everyone is pleasant, on time, and always takes care of me with speed and efficiency. I will always recommend this office to my friends.

My experience with Megan B. was fabulous; she worked well and quickly. The reason why this review is not 5 stars is because no doctors were available to complete my exam at the time I was scheduled, so I had to take time off of work to come back for Cleaning Pt. 2 (which was x-rays, chat with doctor, etc). It wasn't too big of a deal since I managed to see Dr. Lau at the same time (I'm on Invisalign), but this is NOT the first time I have had to return to the office the next day for the aforementioned reason. So far I love this place. I am a new patient and I have another appointment and can't wait to get started on my treatment plan. I totally feel comfortable and glad switched to sunrise DENTAL.
