Very professional and friendly staff . I admired Dr. Kevin Choi for his being a good dentist, with his calm and good bedside manner. He explained procedures well in layman's term that you can understand and quite accommodating if you have some concerns. Over all , I'm quite happy with their service.
I'm a long term patient, very long term.Chipped a tooth at lunch.Had my restoration by 3:30 that afternoon.They fit me into the schedule, didn't seen myregular dentist, but the alternate was just fine.It's good to have a stable of excellent practitioners working together to provide good care.Thanks.bw
In all the years (since the 70's) that I have had Dr. Choi as my dentist, I have never been disappointed. I have had excellent, professional care. I can now include Dr. Sun in this reviewwith the same feeling.
The best experience I've had at the dentist office.
Dr. Choi's office provides consistently exceptional dental care (I have been his patient for at least 20 years, and never had even almost a disappoinment). This includes all of the technicians and hygienists, and for the last few years - his daughter Alex, with whom was my latest appointment. His admins are the best, as well. All of this for a very simple reason: Dr. Choi fosters the best quality among his staff.
I really like this place because they're very thorough in everything they do, from explaining insurance benefits to treatment plans. They go out of their way to make things clear and to make your experience very positive and comfortable.
I had a great experience as usual from when you walk through the door to when you leave. This time I brought my son as a new a patient. He usually hates the dentist, but this time was very different. He said he likes the dentist now.
As a patient with Dr. Choi for over 15+ years and have been most satisfied, as well as referring two great new patients. I must admit my recent appt. on a Saturday was very disappointing, my wait was very long, they checked my broken dentures, the intern was trying but not efficient, I was not sure of outcome as to repair that day or not, everything was repeated and left me a bit confused.
