Dr Al made miracles with my teeth so thankful for that and the service provided by Elizabeth was above and beyond, she really provides an outstanding customer service.
I think it was Ok , I was a few minutes early for my appointment , but I still have to wait 30 minutes for the X ray person , I was in your office for a cleaning and I spend 2 hours in your office, for me that is too long . I was thinking if I make an appoinment it shoulb be faster maybe 45 minutes ,I. went to your office after work so I'm glad I didn't have to go back to work.
They always ensure I'm comfortable and verify and go over additional procedures/ charges Before I give the ok to begin them.
Elizabeth is really great. Always provides over and beyond customer service, even warming my cold sensitive teeth with her gloved fingers!
Dr. Al (Alexandra Choi) saved my life.I kept an appointment with her on Friday, May 13, the day she found a large, red, angry-looking growth on the base of my tongue. She took a photo and gave it to me, along with a strong recommendation to follow up with an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist.I saw that ENT specialist on May 27; she immediately diagnosed the growth as a malignant tumor and sought an immediate biopsy. I was visiting from out of town (East Coast) and lost a filling. I was looking at 8 days being in pain. I found South San Francisco Dental Care on Google and called right away. I told them my situation and they immediately took me within an hour. They saved my vacation! They were warm, welcoming, understanding, and willing to help me.
