Dr. Martinez is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have lived in several different States and he is a most caring, thorough and special physician. You are treated with respect. He actually listens to what you have to say. This is very different from the way doctors treat their patients today. The office staff... needs lots of training. I like Dr De La Cruz. however, I am a bit concerned about the office administration. It does not appear to be very organized. Often you will get multiple calls from multiple people for the same reason. When I went in for my annual appointment earlier in the year my first doctor (who left the practice shortly after my visit) failed to bill. After a certain amount of time I contacted the office staff to let them know and just got a deer-in-the-headlights look from everyone that I relayed this information to.
