I cannot thank Aegis Home Health & Hospice for the wonderful care and compassion given to my father and family during such a difficult time. After two stays in the hospital which only worsened my father’s condition, the owner and caregivers at Accolade Assisted Living reached out to Aegis Hospice. They were there immediately. They were kind, gentle, compassionate and so caring. They kept me advised always of their visits and how my dad was doing. Within 4 months he recovered and graduated from Hospice. Aegis was wonderful. It was through a recommendation that we even considered Aegis having been referred to another Hospice company by our oncologist. I'm so glad we listened. Although we had our initial evaluation with Aegis, we were not what they refer to as "admitted". My husband's condition worsened quickly so I needed to make a very early call to Aegis.
