Aegis was simply wonderful for almost 2yrs of care, Denae and Margo were very caring to my wife and myself and Kathy Mills was very helpful with the aftercare service.
My family and I have had the experience with Aegis hospice care for our mom. We were all so thankful for the kind and loving care she received. Sharon Drake was mom’s CNA. Sharon knew just how to talk to mom and encourage her showers, mom could be difficult at times. Sharon spent time with mom, talking with her, getting to know her and her upbringing. I would like to thank the people and program of Aegis Home Health & Hospice for all the care they provided to my mom in the last few months of her life. Not only did they provide outstanding care, but took over many facets of care that relieve much responsibility upon myself. They communicated regularly and provided excellent guidance and recommendations for her care. I highly recommend them to anyone and express my utmost appreciation.
The Aegis team provided wonderful care for our mom during her time in hospice care, about 6 months. They kept in constant communication so that the family understood the changes happening with our mother. The constant care during her final days was truly appreciated. The post passing care has been great allowing us to not worry about doing it right. Thanks to all who touched Mom and our family.
During the hardest time of losing a loved one to Alzheimer's, Aegis stepped in and helped us through all the phases. From the initial intake with Sheila, to the hospice Nurse Ana, they were so compassionate in helping us. After my mother passed, the after care help we got from Debbi was extraordinary. Since this was all new to us we had no idea of the extent of help we would receive.
