I recently had to call this office for assistance, and unfortunately my experience with the staff member Carlee Ryan who answered was disappointing. I felt that my questions were met with a dismissive attitude, and I didn’t feel like there was much effort to help resolve my concern. Customer service, especially in healthcare, can make a big difference for people who may already be stressed. I hope the office takes feedback seriously and continues working to provide a more welcoming and supportive experience for everyone.

Aegis Hospice helped my family and myself tremendously in navigating the care of my mom. We received predictable updates every week. I had contact information with Aegis caregivers that I could reach out to. They made this experience the easiest it could be.

My dad passed away yesterday peacefully at the Vesta House with the most caring compassionate staff my husband and I could ask for. During his brief stay here they were most attentive, kind, professional with the care they provided for my dad. Thank you to Jayce, Sequoyia, Kathy, Chaplain Paul and Alana NP for making this possible along with many others who I did not have their names. The care my mother received with Aegis Hospice was very caring and compassionate. As a former nurse, I understand how difficult it is to be helpful but not intrusive, and they were that. The nurses, social worker and chaplain were just a phone call away, and quick to respond to any requests the family had. I would recommend Aegis.
