Aegis Hospice made the process seamless and was there through it all, even providing aftercare support services. My mom passed in the care of Hospice after a brief hospitalization. We knew she was clean, safe and cared for. I appreciate you all for taking such great care of my mom. Kassondra, Veronica, Angie, Shane, Andrew and everyone else on the team, I thank you all for taking such great care of my mom.
I have been so impressed with our Hospice experience. At such a challenging time, it is comforting to know that so many people are there to support the entire family. They really do cover all the bases. Michelle is there at the beginning of the process to counsel patients and family members, Julissa, the Hospice nurse, is there for medical care and advise to family members and staff and Aerial is there for spiritual comfort. A year ago, my mother came under the care of Aegis Hospice. She was assigned two wonderful nurses, Monica and Shelby. These two nurses are professional, positive, lite-hearted and compassionate. My 102yr old mother felt fully at ease in their care and remained so until she passed in mid-March. I also benefited from their willingness and patience to talk with me during her illness.
