Aegis was recommended to me by the Placement Agent who was helping me find care when my mother started declining rapidly earlier this year. Angie Fitzpatick met with us to talk through the process of Hospice care. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Angie and Nic (the intake nurse) even met us as my mother was being transferred to the Assisted Living Home. Our family's experience with Aegis Vesta House, Hospice Inpatient Center on S. Lindsay Road in Chandler was exceptional. The staff was kind, caring and compassionate. They did all they could to ensure that my father was kept comfortable and he was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Everyone at Aegis that we encountered was caring, gentle and thoughtful to our loved one and to the family who visited.

I can't say enough how incredibly helpful Aegis Home Health & Hospice services was for June and us. Everyone was very responsive, kind, professional and ensured that June's death was very peaceful and as good as it could have been. The AfterCare is an incredible service that has allowed Kathryn and me to feel less overwhelmed and supported with all the myriad of details to deal with post June's death. I recently had to call this office for assistance, and unfortunately my experience with the staff member Carlee Ryan who answered was disappointing. I felt that my questions were met with a dismissive attitude, and I didn’t feel like there was much effort to help resolve my concern. Customer service, especially in healthcare, can make a big difference for people who may already be stressed. I hope the office takes feedback seriously and continues working to provide a more welcoming and supportive experience for everyone.

Aegis Hospice helped my family and myself tremendously in navigating the care of my mom. We received predictable updates every week. I had contact information with Aegis caregivers that I could reach out to. They made this experience the easiest it could be.
