I cannot say enough good things about the Aegis Hospice team that helped to care for my dad in his final year. My dad lived in assisted living but the extra help from hospice really put our minds at ease. They visited twice a week and always called me with any changes they noticed. The people from Aegis Home Health & Hospice were outstanding. I can't say anything negative about anyone. They all did outstanding and very helpful.
My experience with Aegis Hospice and the aftercare service was an extremely helpful and calming experience. The support, care and emotional investment they gave my mother during her time of need was exceptional. They also gave me the same support, care and emotional investment I needed to help get through a difficult time. The communication from nurses, Monica and Savannah, gave me reassurance when I wasn't there, knowing they were providing the care and support she needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everyone I had contact with was caring, compassionate and professional, always willing to listen. Special shout out to Heather, Lisa and Miranda, they all were very genuine about their part in the care of my mom. Aegis doesn't leave you hanging after your love ones passes, they have an after care team that is also there to walk you through what happens next.
