Returned for check up but seemed to be more rushed. Quick check and set up next appointment. Should have replaced soft liner and not told to wait until I really needed it. Now I have to set up another appointment to replace it.

They are very friendly. They don't look down to you at all. They explain everything so that you understand what is going to happen and then they make a treatment plan for you.
