The biggest issue with this office is the front reception staff. From the moment I arrived, it was one problem after another. Even though I had sent my insurance information ahead of time—and provided it again when asked—they continued acting like they didn't have what they needed. My experience here was pretty disappointing from start to finish. The person at the front desk repeatedly quoted me incorrect pricing, which was frustrating before the appointment even began. The worst part, though, was the dental hygienist. The cleaning was incredibly painful, and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. She didn't use enough numbing gel and rarely checked to see if I was okay or needed a break. It felt rushed and lacking in care. I provided my insurance information three separate times before my appointment, yet when I arrived they were still asking me to verify whether my insurance was valid. It felt like there was a lack of organization from the start. The front desk also seemed to struggle with basic tasks. After I gave my full Social Security number, I simply asked for an estimate of how long the appointment would take, and the only answer I got was, "It depends." I provide an insurance information 3 different times ahead of the appointment. And on the day of they're still asking me to confirm if my insurance is good. Reception was struggling to do a simple task, and i asked for an eta on the appointment once i give her my full social, she said it depends. It's a Monday people work on Mondays. I can't spend all day at the dentist's office. How much of my time do you need to do your job. Is it rocket science or something.
