I've worked with AEC for about a month now. It came on suddenly so I didn't have a lot of time to prepare and set things up to get started. From the beginning they have been very easy to work with. They worked to have aides that match well with my Loved One. They communicate with me with clarity, confirm all appointments, keep me updated when wrinkles happen and things don't go as planned, do it all graciously, and they are reasonably priced.
