I ordered a flower bear for my wife as a surprise while she was visiting family down in Miami and they where able to deliver at a very short notice within the same day! She loved it!!! Highly recommend, quality service and affordable price.
Did not get my flowers placed an order 2 days ago And not only did i not receive them, they don’t respond to my phone calls, emails or texts. Extremely unprofessional place, i would not recommend.i also never received a refund which is absurd.
I experienced a cancellation with DoorDash so I called the shop and was promised the delivery. Long story short, my arrangement was not delivered and I emailed them two hours ago with my complaint. The owner of A&E personally delivered an upgraded arrangement to my boyfriends house. I appreciate the response and the customer service from Alex. Thank you A&E Special Arrangements. The flowers are beautiful
Beautiful floral arrangements, I ordered roses for my mom for her birthday and they were very quick to deliver in less than 1 hour from placing the order, high quality hand picked roses, my mom loved them. I will definitely be using them again for future special occasions.
