After a hail storm last year we wanted to have our roof inspected and possibly replaced. The roofing company we went with ghosted us and our claim was denied. I called around and eventually talked to Britney who was very friendly and informative over the phone about what possibly went wrong and how AE could help me in the future. Will definitely call them after the next hail storm!!
