I just don't understand how you can pay your Insurance Premiums to FARMERS INSURANCE for over 4 years + and then just because they feel like it, they can change your policy by removing items that you have paid for for so long.Cause when you finally have to use them due to unforeseen circumstances; they decide to send you a formal letter, an E-Mail, and a TEXT MESSAGE stating that since you used that particular service they are going to drop it from your POLICY? Wish I could go lower on the rating. Absolutely horrible! Late with rent every month, lies to your face, no accountability, random charges without explanation, did not give tenant cleaning deposit when I the owner signed off, and so much more. Honestly if you are reading this stay away.

I would give less then 1 star if its possible!!, worst management company I ever deal with, she(Anna Arakelyan) never answer her phone and never call you back, every month rent coming late in my account even after reminding her many times!!!! In beginning she will be very professional but she will get you after you sign lease with her. Please don't get stuck with her agreement
Unprofessional and horrible customer service!! Avoid at all cost!!
