It’s been a year of greatness no issues, all concerns have been answered in a timely professional manner and let’s not forget my home is soo comfy my neighbors are everything. Highly recommended I never want to leave. The property is well kept and the property mgr i couldn’t ask for anyone else greater. Here’s to a year of peace. Thanks to you here at A&E!!

Erica is the very best! She is very easy to communicate with. She doesn't bug you like a lot of landlords too. She has a heart of gold and the best landlord I have EVER dealt with. I would recommend and refer her to anyone. The neighborhood I got my apartment is is very quiet and no one bothers you. I was even surprised there were 2 community gardens!
