Erica is the very best! She is very easy to communicate with. She doesn't bug you like a lot of landlords too. She has a heart of gold and the best landlord I have EVER dealt with. I would recommend and refer her to anyone. The neighborhood I got my apartment is is very quiet and no one bothers you. I was even surprised there were 2 community gardens!

I have currently lived in my place for three years, and Miss Erica is my landlord and let me tell you something she is the best landlord I have ever had she works with me. It’s never any issues when I call she comes I’ve literally been at my worst and she’s worked with me and help me get to my best. She’s great with my kids.
