A&E Construction has done several projects for us, including energy performance improvements, interior renovations, demolition, and new structures. We have hired A&E to do several projects since 2012- finish our basement, replace front steps with covered porch (2015) and re-do our kitchen (2016). Their work is the high quality; their wood working contractors are detail craftsmen. When re-doing our front steps, they discovered how deteriorated the foundation of the steps were and the house's front sill plate was rotted behind the steps. Greg and the A&E crew did a major renovation of the third floor of our 1895 Victorian home which included replacing hardwood floors, building a bar, performing considerable electrical work, installing central air and completely renovating a bathroom.
