Wow! The folks at A&E were amazing. This was a small job for them a simple powder room renovation, but they were incredibly helpful with everything from design decisions to advice about various aspects of the project. The entire in-house team and subs were professional, efficient, and covered all the project details both small and large with precision. The team also gave sound recommendations based on our style and needs while keeping our budget in mind throughout the entire process. Greg and Karen are an A+++ Team. They are the most professional GC's we have ever worked with, by delivering on time, on schedule, and exceeding expectations when it comes to changes in scope and material decisions based on the project. They managed, foundation, framing, roofing, exterior, interior, electric, plumbing, and painting across a team of experts that you can tell have the up-most respect for the projects they are tapped into supporting. I would give them my business again for any home I own now and in the future!
A&E are the best construction company and general contractors in the area! We had a whole new addition of a master bedroom suite with a bathroom and a kitchen extension and remodel Greg n team stuck to the budget and the timelines. Their carpenters are so thorough with thier work.. we never had any issues in communications or expectations and minor issues were quickly resolved Thank y A&E for our dream home!
Greg and his team did an excellent job renovating my small primary bath. From start to finish they were professional, neat and thorough. I worked with A&E on a complete house remodel (kitchen, laundry, and 2 baths) on a tight timeframe. They were communicative, conscientious, and did excellent work. You cannot go wrong with A&E Construction! And it is impossible to use anyone else after you have worked with them. We used A&E for a big construction job which included tearing down an old garage, building and relocating a new 2.5 car garage with a mother-in-law space above, and their work is perfection.
