The process was really long, but it was worth it! ***** was communicative and answered my questions throughout the process, even though I was living in another state the entire time. I can't thank them enough for getting the job done!

We are very pleased with the work that was done by Advosy. A great group of guys who worked hard and got the whole roof done in a very timely manner. They were congenial and explained things as they went. We will use them again if the opportunity presnts itself.
Insurance paid Advosy in full and they didn't complete the work. I've been trying to resolve this issue for weeks but they aren't responsive. Next step is to report insurance fraud.

Hi, we took care of all the concerns of the homeowner. We are still pending a small item that will be done in the next few days. We are a preferred contractor with Select Adjusters who helps homeowners to file and obtain the coverage that they deserve from their property insurance companies. Advosy Construction doesn't deal directly with the insurance company and only takes care of construction. Advosy is a scam. I had some salesman stop at my house without an invitation claiming he saw damage on my roof (which there was). I was happy to talk with the salesman until he tried to slip in the sales of solar. He started by stating advosy would help file the claim with my insurance company and I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket then proceeded to ask if I was interested in solar. We apologize for the confusion, but USAA did not get back to us to let us know the policy number you provided was incorrect until july 14th. Our representative called and left you a voicemail letting you know that on the same day. We are glad to here that USAA did end up figuring out the correct policy details and got the roof paid for though even if it was not through Advosy
