Negative! Do not trust these individuals with anything. I've been calling and leaving multiple messages daily for my advocate Mrs. H...since April 11th making today's review a full 3 months since contacting their office..not 1 call returned. I've left messages for the supervisor... Never spoke at all. I can't get anyone to answer ever...nevermind returneing calls. Have repeatedly tried to contact agency. Only contact made was a letter mailed. The phone is never answered..even worse I filed in February..June 11 time frame has lapsed...it's says contact agency..but no response no answer...a new advocate...will cost u at least 2 more months
