Company doesn't know a thing about customer service. Was a returning customer. Had a receptionist drop the ball with meeting details, which lead my meeting having to be rescheduled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After spending hours, paying thousands of dollars, my 2024 taxes weren't filed. When I figured this out, I called and no one would answers. After weeks of emails I got a response that due to their issue they were kicked back 1 day after they said they were filed. NO ONE ever told me this or did anything to correct it.
