Very pleased with our experience. From registration, to pre op/intra op/post op. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours. Would definitely recommend!
I was not a huge fan of this place. Bringing a child in for a surgery at 6:45 am only having to wait over an hour in the waiting room with a scared, hungry and tired child is no way warming or welcoming. Than once in his gown, they bring in a nurse, than another nurse, than another nurse who he is suppose to just walk back there with alone and not be scared was just ridiculous. If I was rating this place on facility and staff alone I would give it 5 stars, but given the problems on the monetary side of it, and their lack of willingness to work together in resolution of this issue, I had to knock it down to 3 stars for the overall experience.
