This company is the worst. I reside in Country Club Hills and belong to Tierra Grande Courts Il. I called for the third time within the last week to complain about our driveways and sidewalks not being plowed. And the person in charge of our area Sherri was unprofessional and rude and refused to do her job. My association just chose this management company the last 2 years. We have had nothing but trouble with them since we adopted them as management for Tierra Grande ll in Country Club Hills, Illinois. They are truly the worst management company I have had to pay my dues to. Since our snow fall my driveway has not been shoveled properly, leaving mounds of snow for my vehicle to have to climb over.
