My husband had an appeal go before the VA Court of Appeals and Ms. LaPonzina was his appointed attorney for the hearing. She was very professional and kept us apprised of the hearing, and where we were at. She successfully got his case remanded back down to the VA instead of it going to a trial, which will give us another opportunity to handle his claim at a lower level. Thank you, Ms. LaPonzina, on a job well done!!

She worked hard for me and was successful in getting me too my full rating. I can't speak any highly of her and the service, if your a veteran in need of fighting the VA and trying to get your rating or an increase this is the place to turn.
