I’m really disappointed with the medical staff at this facility. I had to wait over a month to get an appointment, and once I get to office I was told that the initial appointment booked is for next year. And next availability for doctor is next month
Dr Patel is very thorough, she has a pleasant bedside manner and her responses are pretty quick. Her nurse Brittany, has a wonderful bedside manner and very communicative! This is a great and trusting practice.

I had a great new patient visit today! Dr. Patel is a perfect primary care doctor for me. Nurse Karen was a gem! I am pleased with the overall experience at Advocate Medical Group!
