I’ve been a patient at this office for a while and never had issues until I switched providers after mine left. I've been dealing with constant insurance issues where I was referred to a specialist that wasn’t in my network. I’ve never had this issue before as my previous provider would always refer me to other providers covered by my insurance. I really like the nurse practitioner I’ve been seeing, Kaitlyn Lundgren. I’ve never had a problem with this Advocate until recently. And I don’t think it has anything to do with her. I called on a Friday to see if I could get a sick note excusal from them for my job because I wasn’t feeling well. I took a test to confirm it wasn’t Covid and knew it was just a sinus issue because it happens to me all the time, but with my job I take a lot of clients so talking all day with a runny nose and sore throat isn’t very ideal but I k... read more

This place is a joke and so are their doctors. I do not recommend this place unless you are ok with incompetence and malpractice, which is them. As a doctor you are REQUIRED to know your information, as far as your employees, there's no reason they should be getting all big and bad over the phone with patients unless they want a face to face problem. Patients are NOT required to know what type of testing or imaging they need done especially after having a message passed along from another doctor describing what is needed.
Doctors office puts you on hold forever and hangs up on you after 20 mins. This happened 3x to me today
