If there is a zero star this place sucks the don't know how to do anything. They confirmed a appointment and I got a uber to this place and come to find out they don't accept my insurance now I have to spend more money for a uber because they hire dumb people that confirm everything the suck stay away from this place worst experience ever
Very nice facility and Doctor Eva Dumasia is the best at this location. From the other 5 start reviews I see others agree. Treat her right.
The absolute worst system .. Been with Advocate for 40 years .. Got to get away from them now ..
I go in to get services done for an appointment i made online and no one BOTHERS TO CALL ME TO SAY THAT OH HEY the doctor I'm seeing today isn't my primary care doctor and that if I see this doctor I can get charged. All these doctors are in the same network so WHY does it matter who I see! Why did I just drive all the way here, when no one bothered to call me. But yet i did everything online and even had a voicemail confirming everything for my appointment. But I get there and have this shit happen. Do YOUR JOBS
