Zero stars but google doesn't allow it apparently. Switching to a different pcp. Five people on the front desk, every single one acted like a drone. This is not a healthcare facility but more like a health - do not care. I drove 15 miles and was stuck in traffic for almost an hour because of a road accident. The fact that this place has 2.4 stars is truly insane because everyone in there was such an angel. I’m not from Illinois and originally from Texas so hospitality is something I’m used to and big on, and this clinic showed so much compassion, care, and attentiveness to my pregnancy. Truly so thankful I came across this clinic and decided to try it out!
I was 15 minutes late due to the fact the location had moved and heavy construction. Completely my fault. The fact I couldn’t be seen for the doctor to fill a 20 year old prescription that doesn’t change is a bit ridiculous. I could understand if I had never waited 15 minutes on you guys. I get it. They have a schedule. My appointment would have taken no more than 15 minutes.
Found out today, the day of my appointment, that Advocate no longer takes my insurance since the beginning of the year. Same insurance I’ve had for years. Had always felt like they were honest and open, but obviously they can’t seem to warn people of upcoming changes. Had been an Advocate patient for even longer than current insurance. I guess no more. Bad way to handle business.
My daughter went to see Dr. Kuprejenko, and unfortunately, the experience was not what we had hoped for. From the very beginning, I felt that Dr. Kuprejenko was judgmental. It seemed like there was a misunderstanding about the reason for our visit, as the nurse communicated something different to the doctor. This led to a rather uncomfortable interaction.
