I've been to this location few times. Staff was courteous. I saw Dr. Sheikh and Dr. Deka. Both were excellent and thorough. They were informative and attentive. Highly recommended.
Do not book an appointment here - no matter who the doctors are - it's just not worth it to deal with their front staff and the entire Advocate System as a whole. Has anyone reading this ever waited to see their doctor? Well, do not dare be 15 minutes late at this office, or you will be turned away and told "you" need to reschedule - without the front desk checking with the doctor or their supervisor first, or even offering to get you rescheduled. If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried calling this office just to schedule an annual check-up and was left on hold for over 40 minutes with no one answering the phone. This is extremely frustrating for something as simple as making an appointment. If the office can’t even answer the phone or manage scheduling properly, it doesn’t give much confidence in the level of care patients can expect. Very disappointing experience.
Like the doctors, hate the office. Stressfully going downhill. Zero care for patients.
