Physical therapy with Kruti has been unbelievably helpful. I doubted any real outcome would come but I was beyond wrong. As well as being a lovely listening ear Kruti has also taught me countless of exercises to alleviate my pain. Wonderful human all around. All obi gyno Drs are fantastic. Dr Lilja gave me the final push to go to PT and Dr Shaikh is also a super kind pcp who listens fully to patient complaints. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lidia Kupriyenko three weeks in advance, and on the day of my visit, I arrived just to be told by the receptionist that she’s not accepting new patients. What a disappointment! I waited three weeks for nothing. No message, no voicemail, no phone call to inform me beforehand — absolutely no communication. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to waste someone’s time like this. Unacceptable experience.
Zero stars but google doesn't allow it apparently. Switching to a different pcp. Five people on the front desk, every single one acted like a drone. This is not a healthcare facility but more like a health - do not care. I drove 15 miles and was stuck in traffic for almost an hour because of a road accident. Called the listed number twice and was answered by a call center rep to relay a message. Was 5 minutes away when someone from the office called. The fact that this place has 2.4 stars is truly insane because everyone in there was such an angel. I’m not from Illinois and originally from Texas so hospitality is something I’m used to and big on, and this clinic showed so much compassion, care, and attentiveness to my pregnancy. Truly so thankful I came across this clinic and decided to try it out!
