Outpatient part is always 5 stars.
I wouldn't typically rate a hospital or the service that I receive because I understand that there are a number of variables that can go into someones scoring. However, I believe I SHOULD highlight the fact that I called in and was pleasantly suprised by a receptionist named Melisa who gave me detailed explanations and reassurance from the other end. Unprofessional staff. They were playing in the back while patients waited long wait hours. I saw them treating each other for superficial illnesses.
Urgent Care staff is great. I saw Amy Simone, NP and she was attentive and explained everything well. The MA Nicole was also great! She was kind and didn’t make me feel rushed. Would highly recommend to others!
