Almost an hour after my appt and I just hear now they are running 2 hrs behind. Wasted sick time from work and my afternoon for nothing.
Brought my kid here roughly got here at 545 it is now 830 839 unbelievable
when i was receiving prenatal care @ Christ Hosp. , royal treatment, so i decided 2 join the Advocate family.. BAD decision.. the Advocate medical group in Olympia Fields customer services SUCK! They are EXTREMeLY slow EVerYTIME i come.. 2hrs waitn on a nurse just 2 give me a b12 shot and not 2 mention , i waited in line for 25 mins just 2 b checked in. Once the line was 2 the door, then everyone runs out the back office (im sure doing nothing) 2 check us in.. Welp, back 2 my St. Fransican i go..@ least they value your time
