As someone who's been with this doctor's office for awhile now, I have to commend them for their improvement over the years. Previously, there was a doctor there that I was seen under who was bitterly unprofessional and seemed to care most about getting me out of the office than trying to listen to me and explain what's going on in ways that make sense. **Medical Grievance Review** I’m extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I experienced with this provider. It is already very difficult to get an appointment with this doctor because of her limited availability, so when I finally secured a date, I arranged my entire day around it. Doctor Ali never made me feel comfortable or safe. I’ll rather go thru pain than come here!
They don’t answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact this office for 3 weeks regarding a medication. I talked to a nurse, said the doctor would do it. Days passed and still heard nothing. I left a voicemail. Another week goes by, I leave another one. And now I’m sick and I’m trying to call to make an appointment and I can’t even get to the voicemail. This would not be a problem if the online system also wasn’t allowing me to refill these meds.
Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
