When your calling the doctors office regardless of what it’s for the staff should keep their personal opinion out of it. The staff should be professional.
Employees are extremely slow and make you wait in different lines then they don’t want to answer questions because they don’t want to do any work

Advocate Medical Group is the best.When you walk in and tell the receptionist you got appt and get all information a few minutes they called your name. The Nsg assistance took my Vital sign right away and few minutes my doctor saw me and check on me and recommended some lab work like blood test no breakfast, Bone density etc.I’m 75 yrs old ,Thank you Advocate Medical Group for taking good care of my Health,God Bless...
I went today to the immediate care clinic that is open on the weekends because I woke up feeling horrible. I checked online and it said the immediate care center is open until 4pm. I arrived right before 3:30pm at about 3:25pm just to be told by the receptionist who sits by the entrance at the corner desk that they were no longer taking people because their appointments are booked. I then said how can that be when it's a walk in clinic and it says that they are open until 4 ...Continue Reading
Always a long wait for my doctor. Booked or overbooked i still wait at least 2 hours just to see her. Time to shop for a new doctor
