I was treated so poorly by Patty in accounting today, in fact she hung up on me when asking for a full comprehensive statement. Jane was nice and helpful but patty makes me wonder how this place keeps anyone. I would give 1/2 star if possible. Thanks for the customer service sorry to bother you asking you to do your job.

They are complete morons, every last one of them. Do not trust them with your phone number let alone medical info or lab results. Run from this place
I arrived early Thrs, Oct. 22 for a 9:40am Dr appointment that was made probably 3 months prior. I was advised that the computer system was down, they couldn't access any records or files, and that someone would call me to reschedule my appointment. The next day I received a call and was offered the next available opening, Jan 12, 2021! I have no complaint with the actual medical services they provide, but their customer service rates a ZERO if the option was presented.
